Nurburgring race 2 : Promising end for Cedars team

27-05-2012

Cedars team didn't win a pole position at Nurbugring 2nd race but they definitely kept the tension rising for 30 minutes as our pilots fought their way to get better positions during the race.

Noel, Matteo, Moises and Alex‘s driving demonstrated great talent in their performance, making large progress in changing the qualification session results in the 2nd race.

Beretta started in position 10 and worked his way up to position 7 scoring 6 points in the Drivers Championship and 3 points for the Team. Behind him comes Jammal who started at the 14th place of the Grid on Sunday's race and ended at 9th place. Noel made an excellent start moving 5 places in the race's first 10mn, only his tires heated up obliging him to slow down and stay in his position till the end.

Our big team surprise is the young Moises Soriano in his 2nd race in F3 open and first time at Nurburgring track race, started in position 18th at the grid and ended the 13th, moving 5 places and being one step away from pole position, as he arrived 4th in his category (class C), making 4 driver points.

Alex Toril managed to move one place, starting in the 17th to 16th in general positioning, and 6th in class C.
